Water This flushes out toxins, and keeps your skin clear and body hydrated. However, drinking at least 2 liters of water a day is not easy. The best trick I've learned is to reward yourself. After four eight-ounce glasses of water treat yourself to coffee or soda, drinks that don't have the natural benefits but still taste good.
