red tea

I've recently discovered the health benefits of Rooibos (red tea). Rooibos is naturally sweet, very aromatic and is high in magnesium, calcium, iron and copper.
It is a natural herb that is only harvested every two years. This tea can help to calm nervous tensions, eradicate allergies and help with stomach problems, indigestion and can boost the immune system. This tea contains over forty polyphenol compounds and flavonoids. This tea is also anti-bacterial, anti-aging and anti-viral.

Try some today. You won't be disappointed.

online exercise

online excercise programs have come a long way. instead of mass marketing one program to the masses they're now making a go at tailoring a program to individuals based on their needs. fill out a simple survey and you're typecast into a group. from there you can receive weekly emails coaching you and providing support. i don't have any to recommend but it's well worth a search.
